RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products. Customers may return items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging,  The $9 shipping and handling fee added to the merchandise cost at the time of ordering is NON-REFUNDABLE. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please email info@upaainamerica.org to report a return and a reason for the return.

A refund will be provided after we process your return item. It can take up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return. In certain circumstances refund time frames may be longer.

We issue the refund to the method you selected to pay for the merchandise and it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
